Elsrud estate is developing several new areas for recreational homes. The areas are located in the mountains called Vikerfjell. Elsrud estate can offer several sunny sites for sale which are authorized for recreational homes. The sites are located between 500 masl and 600 masl. In winter time the area has 70km of high class ski tracks for cross country skiing in wonderful surroundings. During summer you can enjoy swimming and boating in the lake Sperillen or small mountain lakes. You can also enjoy amazing walks in forrests and in the high mountains.
